Fine dining, from scratch and served in the comfort of your own home.
I believe there are two aspects of amazing food and they can be blended into one expression.
The first aspect begins with great ingredients. When it comes to proteins, I believe in sustainability and staying local. Those proteins are sourced from farms in the region, where animals have had a healthy and happy life. The other components of the dishes are often seasonal and local, gathered from new sources to give the taster a new experience.
The second aspect is the chef. There is one thing that every one of my dishes has in common, I put myself on the plate. Some dishes might be a riff on a childhood memory, others take hours of experimentation to become fully realized. My food is me. Some dishes appear as a simple execution that hide their complex flavors, while others are more complex in appearance and create a singular emotion for the taster; all are expressions of the perfection I seek to obtain while blending cultures many people might never expect to be put together.
My expression is pure: To create food in the comfort of your own home which will leaving you longing for more!
